Refund & Return

All original, one-of-a-kind artwork sales are final. Due to the unique nature of original fine art, refunds or exchanges are not offered once a piece has been completed and delivered, except where required under Ontario law.

Commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable deposit prior to commencement. Once final approval has been granted and production completed, the sale is final.

If artwork arrives damaged, customers must notify ArtfactzStudioz within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.

Shipping & Fulfillment

In-stock artwork ships within standard business processing timelines. Custom and commissioned artwork requires a production period prior to shipment.

Tracking details are provided once dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

ArtfactzStudioz packages all artwork using professional protective materials.

Customers must report lost parcels within 5 business days of expected delivery. The Studio will initiate a carrier investigation and file insurance claims where applicable.

Resolutions may include replacement (if available), store credit, or refund upon carrier claim approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided production has not begun. Deposits for commissioned work remain non-refundable once creative work has started.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable laws of Canada.
